I cannot say enough great things about Countryside and their staff! My elderly mom has a very scared cat that had not been to the vet in some time and was matted along her back. From my first call and speaking with Tiffany, to the appointment today with Dr. Soverns, I could not be happier. Tiffany took the time during my first call to get all of the details, she then passed them onto Dr. Soverns. Dr. Soverns called me that evening to discuss a plan of action. I am happy to say that Rosie had her appointment today, and though she was not happy, she did not bite or scratch anyone. Dr. Soverns was able to do her exam, administer vaccines and shave the mats off her back.
